Exercises For Toned Legs

1. Squats⁠

3 sets 8-12 reps. If you hit 12 reps on any set, bump up the weight for the next set! ⁠

Tip: Watch your knees and make sure they don’t cave in during this exercise.

2. Two squat pulses two dead lifts⁠

3 sets, 8 reps⁠

 

⁠Tip: Have a slight bend in your knees and focus on keeping your back flat.

3. Three squat pulses squat jump⁠

3 sets, 8 reps⁠

⁠Tip: Squat back like you are sitting in a chair and jump up explosively.

4. Straight leg deadlifts⁠

3 sets, 8-12 reps. If you hit 12 reps on any set, bump up the weight for the next set! ⁠

Tip: Keep the bar close to your legs and have a slight bend in your knees.

5. Weighted glute bridges⁠

3 sets, 8-12 reps.⁠

⁠Tip: Focus on the technique and go slow. Keep the bar on your hip bones and squeeze your glutes at the top.
