Full Body At Home Workout

At-Home Full Body Workout! I actually don’t have any free weights in my home, so I modified and grabbed a bag of kitty litter to add some resistance. (Thanks Potato! 🐱) If you don’t have litter consider cans of food, a bag of flour, whatever you can hold to add a little resistance!


Deadlift to Squat Press


Bent Over Rows


Do 10 reps of each exercise back to back, then 9 reps, 8, 7, down to 1 then back up to 10 as quickly as possible. This is for speed! 🏃‍♀️

Tri set:

Overhead Reverse Lunges


Side Lunge and Oblique Twist

Single Leg Deadlift

Do 10 reps of each exercise on the right leg. Repeat 3 times. 

Then do the same thing on the left leg!


Squat Twists

Pull Over Abs 

Do 20 reps and 3 sets of each exercise.
