Pumpkin No Bake Cookies
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup honey
¼ cup almond butter
¼ cup canned pumpkin
2 scoops Bad Athletics Vanilla Cream Protein
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup old fashioned oats
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Melt coconut oil, honey, almond butter, canned pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice in saucepan over medium heat until smooth. Let cool a couple of minutes, add protein powder, and mix until smooth. Mix in oats until combined. Spoon onto parchment covered baking sheet (should make about 12 cookies) and top with dark chocolate chips. Freeze until solid and enjoy!
