Low Calorie Blood Orange Spritzer

Making food and drinks enjoyable is a great way to make sure you stay consistent on your journey of health and performance. I put together this recipe specifically to give you a way to feel like you are having a treat and get a great boost of energy!


Blood Orange Spritzer

12 oz sparkling water
1 scoop Bad Athletics Blood Orange Energy
juice from ¼ – ½ of a lime
Sea salt to taste (optional)

Mix sparkling water and energy until the powder has dissolved. Squeeze lime and add sea salt (if desired). Pour over ice and enjoy!
