Our new Strawberry Protein flavor is here! Here is a recipe for strawberry banana protein pancakes for you to try! Enjoy!
– ½ cup white whole wheat flour
– 1 scoop Bad Athletics Strawberry Protein
– ½ tsp baking powder
– ⅛ tsp salt
– ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1 large egg
– ½ tsp vanilla extract
In a bowl combine flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt and mix until combined. Add almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
Heat skillet on low-medium and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Pour batter onto hot skillet. Once the top of the pancake is bubbly and the bottom is golden brown, flip and cook until both sides are done. Repeat until batter is gone (should make about 4 pancakes).
Top with ¼ fresh banana and ¼ cup sliced strawberries and syrup of your choice and enjoy!
