If this is your first time meeting me I hope it is memorable. I am a professional MMA fighter and fitness fanatic. Working out and competing with myself daily has been extremely rewarding.

When I talk about becoming the baddest version of yourself I am talking about being strong and getting stronger everyday.
Mental and physical strength is vital to being success in life. I have spent thousands of hours learning about strength from the best and brightest minds in the world. I have researched and experimented on myself using the things I have learned. I have even gone as far as using friends and family as guinea pigs to test the things that have worked for me to get stronger both physically and mentally.
I know what I teach works and I have done everything in my power to create a 10 Day Challenge that allows you to have a life changing experience. It is time to get clear on how to get strong and stay strong so you can become the baddest version of yourself.
