I’m Kaytlin Neil and I am an Athlete. 

I’m a professional MMA fighter and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I have spent the last ten years coaching women to bring out the athletes inside them. Being an athlete is being the best version of yourself and is the reason why I started Bad Athletics.

I am Whitney Meine and I am an Athlete.

My passion and my work is focused around you becoming your best self and doing your best work! I have spent the last nine years working with athletes to develop strength, fitness and the mental skills to compete at their highest level. 

I love to play and compete in sports, especially rugby, olympic lifting, and running. 

I am here at Bad Athletics because of the belief that everyone is an athlete,

Fed Up On Nutrition

I am Haley Smith and I am an Athlete. 

I am a certified nutrition coach (pn1) and an expert recipe developer! I have spent the last 5 years creating delicious, healthy alternative recipes in the health/fitness industry for several different brands.

My philosophy is that things should still taste good! Lifestyle mentality over diet mentality. I'm here to make it easier for you to reach your nutrition goals!

I am a musical athlete. Many hours of hard practice and preparation with my teammates(my band) goes into our performance. We are a team. We each have our role. I am also a coach to several piano students. The athlete mentality helps you achieve and hold yourself accountable.
