Refund Policy

We do our absolute best to make the kind of products you’ll never want to return but sometimes it happens anyway. We get it! And we promise to do our best to keep you happy. If you’re unsatisfied for whatever reason with our supplements, you can request a full refund within 1 calendar year of purchase.

Contact us with your order number at hello@badathletics.com or give us a call at +1 385-412-8466 to facilitate the return or exchange process.

Please note the following:

  • Store credit can be issued in place of a refund.
  • Customer is responsible for return label.
  • Items must be returned and received by Bad Athletics in order to initiate the refund process.
  • Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds on sale items are permissible and subject to the same conditions as refunds on regularly-priced items.

Product Exchanges

Exchanges are great, we love exchanges! Here’s what you need to know about that:

Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund.

Exchange requests will be processed only on a first order basis. Please email hello@badathletics.com or call 801-770-3175 to facilitate an exchange and include your order number for reference.

Digital Products

Refunds are permitted on digital products due to incompatibility with a customer’s software or device within 1 year of purchase. Please contact Bad Athletics customer service: hello@badathletics.com or 801-770-3175.

Subscriptions

Subscription customers are allowed refunds on first-time orders only. Customers may request a cancellation up to 24 hours before the date of shipment by contacting Bad Athletics Customer Service.

Customers must contact Bad Athletics customer service prior to the return to obtain an RMA number. Please write your RMA Number clearly on the outside of the box you will be returning the product in and mail your return back to us at the following address, your refund will be initiated once the product is received:

Apparel and Gear:

Refunds are permitted on apparel and Bad Athletics training gear if returned within 30 days. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, “new” condition, with any tags attached. Return shipping will be deducted from the original purchase price.
