This October, we are shaking up the way we do fitness. Our mission is to help women get stronger and this month, we want you to join our #walktober challenge!

By joining, you get access to weekly giveaways, exclusive weekly discounts, and will be eligible to win a MASSIVE prize!

Walktober Challenge: Walk 10,000 Steps a Day

10,000 steps a day. For all 31 days in October. That's about 5-6 miles a day.

All you will need is you, a pair of walking shoes, and a device that can record your steps

How to Join

1. Follow us on Instagram

2. Sign up here for the #Walktober challenge

3. Tag @badathletics in a story every Sunday to show us your weekly steps using the hashtag #walktober (a simple screenshot is perfect)

Grand prize Winner: to be eligible for the grand prize, the winner must 1) join the challenge, 2) follow us on Instagram 3) tag us at the end of each week, showing their steps. 

One lucky winner will receive a grand prize worth over $500!

Also, we will be offering a special prize to the one who walks the most steps at the end of October (the same rules apply)
